On Thursday, October 20, the Concord Free Public Library hosted the author and illustrator of Dr. Rosie Helps The Animals for a reading and hands-on activity as part of their Reading Pals program. After hearing the story, kids diagnosed and treated their Reading Pals using mini-veterinary kits containing the natural remedies used by Rosie. It was a precious and well-received event.
